We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is very customer service oriented and willing to work in a team environment. This individual will possess a high degree of professionalism on the phone and in person. The Lead Generator’s main responsibilities are to prospect for new clients while determining if they are a good fit for TesTeachers’ products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and qualify new lead opportunities to increase revenue opportunity for all prospective accounts.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams to ensure campaign success
  • Manage the steps in the sales process, including identifying prospects and assessing needs for TesTeachers products and services.
  • Provide consistent stream of well-qualified leads for future Account Manager representation based on prospect identification.
  • Immediately and accurately input opportunity data into CRM (Salesforce) database to ensure up-to-date data availability.


  • 1+ years sales or customer support experience in a related industry
